the hotel staff were friendly, from reception to housekeeping.. breakfast was average, a decent start to the day. rooms were clean, and i noticed they were recently renovated.. the tv, fridge, and bathroom all looked new. i received a room on the 4th floor, quiet and away from street noise.

The location is great, not on a busy road, but very close to entrance 338 of the masjid. This is quite convenient. many supermarkets are nearby, and some other shops on the same block are close to the main pedestrian street.

the room was clean, and basic facilities were provided, a good base for exploring. bathroom space was adequate and had everything we needed.. the housekeepers were fast and attentive to any requests we had.

The receptionist was accommodating, letting us check in early. I did not expect that. the staff are cooperative and nice people, they change the room to a best one.. i appreciate their quick problem solving.

there is a coffee counter at the lobby for a quick refreshment. there were 6 lifts operating, and that helped to avoid long waits.. that ensured smooth movement between floors during peak times.

The staff were super friendly, especially khaleed at the front desk. He was always ready to help! the location is perfect. I could easily walk to the women's gate. checking in was quick, and the room was really nice! i really appreciated the spacious pathway to parking, it made everything so easy.
The breakfast wasn't great. I think they could really improve the cooking.

the hotel is in a fantastic location, close to gate 338 of nabawi, super convenient! it's only a short walk to the women's entrance. plus, it's near a hop-on-hop-off bus stop for city tours!

There are many shops and restaurants right in front of the hotel. This made getting food easy! a pakistani restaurant is directly opposite the hotel. i found many options for meals nearby, a bonus.

The hotel is a short walk to the Al Masjid An Nabawi. The reception team and hotel service were helpful (I appreciated their kindness). They switched my room to a queen bed and ensured I had everything I needed. The area felt safe, and many restaurants and supermarkets were nearby.
The bathroom had some small signs of mold. The elevators were crowded, especially around prayer times and 2 pm. The room and bathroom were quite small and not very spacious.
